Bryan is a Human Resources professional (qualifications in Human Resources, Project Management and Workplace Training and Assessment). Bryan identified an opportunity in the recruitment/labour hire industry and as the principal commenced Labourforce Services in 2009 acting in the capacity of General Manager.

He was previously employed as the Group Human Resources Manager for a national Mining and Civil Company for several years, the Company having operations Australia wide. During his tenure Bryan managed the industrial and employee relations, payroll and recruitment functions of the business. He has a sound understanding of the recruitment space including labour markets, industry regulations, demands and trends. His previous experience of many years was as HR Manager for a multi-national manufacturing business.

Maz Rees

Maz is an integral part of the Labourforce team. Maz works extensively in a partnering capacity with a large number of Labourforce clients ensuring their requirements are met in an efficient and timely manner. Maz also manages the shutdown labour hire arm of the business and also works in high level administrative functions. Maz has a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Creative Arts from Wollongong University and worked for some years as a Solicitor dealing in all facets of country law. This diverse skill set serves Maz well in the human side of the labour hire/recruitment business.

Chantel has several years working in the labour hire/recruitment industry. Chantel has an intimate knowledge of the mining, trades and administrative sectors and has effected countless placements in these areas. Chantel’s knowledge of the industry and ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and clients makes her a key partner in the Labourforce Services team.

Maria has an extensive background in all areas of finance, including previous positions in accounting firms and being principal in her family business enterprise. Tertiary qualified with experience in the accounting, taxation, payroll, invoicing and legislative requirements of the business. Maria ensures that all aspects of her position scope are met professionally and on task.
